We are a global company with a dedicated fulfillment center in Canada to serve you better.

1. To serve our Canadian customers better, we operate two fulfillment centers in Canada:

  • Vancouver, BC – serving Western Canada

  • Toronto, ON – serving Central and Eastern Canada

Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For shipments within Canada: All applicable taxes (GST/HST) are collected at checkout. No additional customs fees will be owed upon delivery.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

  • For lost packages, we require you to notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • GYROOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you live in an area with package theft, we recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature (available upon request).

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. GYROOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at serviceca@gyroor.com. We will do our best to update it before shipment; once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Simply return it within 30 days for an exchange.

2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  4. Do not send your purchase back without prior approval – returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item): You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The actual cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item): We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

For items valued over $75 CAD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Gyroor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Refunds (CAD Currency)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • If the returned item is in unsellable condition due to customer misuse or damage, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank – there may be processing delays.

  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

10. Cancellation of Orders

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or at any time before the item has been dispatched, whichever is later.

  • To cancel, please email us immediately at serviceca@gyroor.com with your order number.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled; please follow the return process instead.

11. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable Canadian law.

12. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

13. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

What is Covered ?

Warranty is 6 months for battery, 1 year for others, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.

GYROOR will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

If you receive a board that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.

If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

It's great for getting around local places, holds a fair bit of groceries, and has great battery life. It's very well built and sturdy. I was hit by a commercial van that came flying out of a car lot. It hit the rear of the scooter and sent myself and the scooter from the bike lane to the yellow line. It held up amazingly well. The main damage was to left brake because that hit the pavement taking the brunt of it. There was no damage to the rear basket which took the hit from the van itself. And the basket prevented any damage to anything on the rear end of the scooter. If it weren't for the brakes you wouldn't know it had been in an accident. Highly recommend.

The C1 Plus is a great scooter! The wife and I have spent countless hours riding around the RV park. I even took a run to Walmart!! It holds at 18mph, and has room for a few bags of groceries. The battery power is great for a couple days, and has more pep at a full charge! They are a lot of fun!! Thank you Gyroor!! Let me know when you come out with “cup holder!”

Buying new , direct from factory, I didn't expect an old , possibly floor model. Shipping box old tape didnt keep in the loose nuts and bolts for back basket. Half of them missing. Basket has a nice scrape . The seat rocked back and forth, had to tighten bolt. Otherwise looks good. Haven't rode it yet due to snow. ***update - customer service very helpful, now upgraded to 5 stars

It comes with a non-English user guide and I had to email the customer service to get a soft copy in English. It made the assembling difficult. The basket where I can fit my dog fit but I wish there would be a more robust design for the lock of the basket. When my dog moved slightly in the basket, his butt touched the lock and the lock would just open. So I had to use a hook to ensure the basket door stays closed. There is no app to see the battery level or give me the control of stop charging when it reaches to a certain level. It’s just not convenient compared to other scooters where they can be controlled via app. I hope Gyroor can enhance this.

Received the bike within 5 days of ordering. Easy to put together, the free accessories and the mirrors came about 10 days later, not sure why. One of the mirrors was broken but I’m fairly confident they will replace it. The scooter itself is very easy to ride, I absolutely love it. We have a lot of bike lanes in our city so it is much faster than the traffic, which is always backed up. I’m a senior and feel confident riding it and use it for all my errands and to and from Pickleball. For the price you can’t beat it. There response to queries re the accessories were answered promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this e-scooter.

The C1 Plus is a great scooter! It's well designed, comfortable to ride, functional with the basket and rear carrier. So far, the battery performance has been great providing excellent distance range. The ride is smooth. Operation is easy. Braking is good. The only shortfall I ran into was a lack of an easy way to lock it up - there is no easy way to attach a locking chain through the frame. This is the only shortcoming identified so far. This was rectified by cutting a hole through the floor plate below the handlebar column - something that Gyroor should consider in the future.

I just assembled this product. I bought a gently used one didn’t really save much money. I feel like the damage is done to it well exceed the price that I saved. It was like a whopping $13 and there’s probably at least $100 worth of damage done to this thing I had to get real crafty when installing the seat and I will most likely have to buy some spray paint to cover the scratches and the cage door does not lineup. The lock mechanism is worthless since it doesn’t even come close to the locking latch it will need replaced.

We ordered 2 of the Gyroor C1 Plus electric scooters, one for my wife and one for me. We got what needed to be put together. One of the scooter was missing some minor parts and when we took them out on the road we found that the back fenders were rubbing against the back tires on both the scooters, so we needed to do some adjusting. All in all though, we are thoroughly enjoying them
