Shipping Policy

We are a global company with a dedicated fulfillment center in Canada to serve you better.

1. To serve our Canadian customers better, we operate two fulfillment centers in Canada:

  • Vancouver, BC – serving Western Canada

  • Toronto, ON – serving Central and Eastern Canada

Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via:

  • Purolator (for most Canadian destinations)

  • FedEx (for select areas and expedited options)

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Track your package directly via:

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery addresses.

  • Shipments cannot be rerouted once in transit for security reasons.

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Canada and the United States.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For shipments within Canada: All applicable taxes (GST/HST) are collected at checkout. No additional customs fees will be owed upon delivery.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

  • For lost packages, we require you to notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • GYROOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you live in an area with package theft, we recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature (available upon request).

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. GYROOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at serviceca@gyroor.com. We will do our best to update it before shipment; once shipped, changes cannot be made.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

6 Month for battery and 1 year for others.

What is Covered ?

Warranty is 6 months for battery, 1 year for others, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.

GYROOR will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

If you receive a board that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.

If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall GYROOR be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. GYROOR is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

4. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at serviceca@gyroor.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  4. Do not send your purchase back without prior approval – returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Note: This address is only for returns from Canada. Using a local return center means faster processing and lower shipping costs for you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item): You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The actual cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item): We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

For items valued over $75 CAD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Gyroor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Refunds (CAD Currency)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • If the returned item is in unsellable condition due to customer misuse or damage, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank – there may be processing delays.

  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

11. Cancellation of Orders

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or at any time before the item has been dispatched, whichever is later.

  • To cancel, please email us immediately at serviceca@gyroor.com with your order number.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled; please follow the return process instead.

12. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable Canadian law.

13. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at serviceca@gyroor.com.

14. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
