What is Covered ?
Warranty is 6 months for battery, 1 year for others, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
GYROOR will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

It works well and my grandkids love it. However, I bought it for me and changed my mind before it got here as I don't like driving scooters in the dark even though they have a light. I was not aware that you could not return it due to the battery.
Great value for the money. Easy to assemble and you transport. On the flat or up and down hills, the scooter has just the right amount of power and speed.
This adult electric scooter exceeded my expectations! It’s got a strong 550-watt motor that easily gets up to around 18.6 mph, and while I haven’t fully tested the 20-mile range yet, the battery has held up great since I charged it over the weekend. I really like how sturdy and well-built it feels. The big cushy seat makes for a comfortable ride, and the large middle basket is super handy �?it says you can fit a small dog in there (I don’t have one to test that theory), but it’s perfect for a purse or small bag. The rear basket is great for groceries or other items. Setup was very easy, and it folds nicely so I can store it in my trunk or even bring it to work and tuck it behind my desk. The front and rear lights make it safe for evening rides, and I love that it has front and back brakes, a digital display, and even a bell for a nice touch. For the price point, this scooter is a fantastic deal. It’s practical, comfortable, and well-designed. I’m very happy with it and highly recommend it!
Smooth riding, perfect size and basket is awesome for errands and shopping. Good speed and suspension is perfect. Paid for itself already without car insurance and gas. The only scooter that I will buy going forward. I’m constantly being stopped and asked questions. I’m proud of my great taste and have encouraged everyone to buy one also. E-bikes are really taking over the city.
Scooter was a great purchase ! It is so much fun to ride around my neighborhood and perfect for getting my mail, taking the dogs to the park or even for a night ride out. I can even take it to my local gas station for a quick snack break. Both of my 2 small pups fit in comfortably and the basket in the back is perfect for extra space.

I bought two of these - one for me and one for the lady. They go about 17 mph max and are pretty stable. Battery takes a while to charge (5-6 hours) when it's close to being drained. Tires are decent quality.. while this has the footpegs I like, they are attached to the basket in the middle of the cart. You can't remove the basket and keep the foot pegs. For that reason, 4 stars.
The scooter is even cuter than I imagined. The extra basket is why I chose this scooter and I’m so glad I did. The battery even lasts a generous amount of time. I had a small issue with the seat post but they are sending me a replacement at not charge to me. The back tire was very low on air when it arrived so I bought a little hand pump, which seems to be working well so far. The scooter also arrived in time and there were no hidden fees; taxes and all fees were in the price as promised. Value for $, this is a great option for what I was looking for!

I love this scooter. I got for the short trips around the area in town. My pup fit perfect. We ride the scooter for nearly 6 hours before it . And that was right out the box the seat is so comfortable and it rides so smooth.

We bought 2 scooters from Gyroor. 1- C1S and 1- C1 Plus. We definitely like the Plus a lot more. It is worth the extra money spent! It has better battery range, more torque. Better ride with larger tires and rear suspension. Just an overall better scooter! Can we exchange the C1S? For another plus??
Scooter is a steal for the price ! It’s fast, has all the bells and whistles you need. 2 big baskets and has great thick tires that hold up well. I’d definitely buy from this company again if I need one and would recommend to anyone !
Some nice qualities BUT it doesn't nowhere near reach the advertised 20 miles on a charge. More like 9 or 10 miles. Not good enough for me. I got good support so far. I will return and buy a upgraded scooter that apparently runs 30 miles on a charge.
We have had to best time riding this while we were camping. Lots of fun for everyone. Easy to ride. Stays charged for a decent amount of time as well. Would purchase another one if necessary. Thanks Jerri James

Pretty fun affordable little electric scooter. Mainly use it around campground sites going to and from. But if your looking for something for the kids it also would be great it's not dangerously fast. It does what I need to to do.

It was fairly easy to assemble it. It really didn’t take much time and effort to assemble it. I tried all the modes n just really enjoyed it.
Bought this on like a Tues was here by Thursday so that was quick and great. Easy set up.. directions, psh don't count on them. They not even instructions honest to god. It jus says like wear a helmet n shit. But it's fun, it's fast, my dog loves the hell out of it. No front shocks so going over bumps I'd say go slow,back end is good though. For any1 wondering too, to turn the headlight on/off, double click the mode button. Trying to find a YouTube video for me at least, was like tryna find Waldo. I Def give it a 10/10. The battery life is amazing. I drove alllllllllllll around allday and still had 2/5bars of battery left. I paid 600$ for mine, I didn't find that price bad at all either.
C1Plus- My set up was not anywhere as smooth as the one in the video (it’s the QR code they paste everywhere that does not say instructions). The video is hosted on a Google Drive and can only be full screened in certain browsers. The written instructions are not exhaustive and a nightmare. The seat did not fit into the post, so I ended up having to widen the taper with a screw driver and rubber mallet. The bell is not metal, it is plastic and makes a dull hardly audible thud. It seems to run well, even on pretty steep inclines, but the poor effort in other areas, such as safety with the bell, makes me nervous that it will break unexpectedly. Altogether three stars because while it seems to zip, my back is now in knots from that setup.
Very long battery life & we have hours of fun riding them! I weigh 250 lbs & has no problem hitting 22 mph I'm sure faster with a lighter weight person. Only thing I don't like about it. Is no key needed to ride or a app that locks for security. Push button power 🔋 otherwise I would easily give it a 4 to 5 star rating. Besides that we are happy with our purchases
