    Return and Refund Policy

    • Standard Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • Holidary Extended Return:  In anticipation of Black Friday and the Christmas shopping season, we understand you may be shopping early. Therefore, for all orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, we have specially extended the return period to 60 days.

     If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at serviceca@gyroor.com.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Cancellation of order

    Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours after placing an order. Normally, we will process the order and arrange delivery within 24 hours after placing the order.
    If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the delivery time, and within the time specified by the website for initiating the cancellation of the order, the order can be canceled.

    Sales items(if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at serviceca@gyroor.com .

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

    Shipping

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    1 YEAR WARRANTY

    6 Month for battery and 1 year for others.

    What is Covered ?

    Warranty is 6 months for battery, 1 year for others, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.

    This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.

    GYROOR will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

    If you receive a board that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.

    If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

    In no event shall GYROOR be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. GYROOR is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
